Returns:
After completing the required return request, we will review the information provided. If approved, the shipping costs will either be covered by us with a UPS pre-paid shipping label emailed to the customer’s email on file, or marked as "N/A," meaning shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Only brand-new items can be returned for store credit or a refund. Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the requested exchange, return, or store credit.
Once a case is approved, it must be sent back within 30 days of approval. All cases older than 30 days that have not been sent in or for which no contact has been made will be canceled and archived, rendering them no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Returns for store credit will receive the full value of the product. Items returned for a refund will be assessed a flat $10 restocking fee per item, deducted from the refunded product value and determined by our returns team at the time of processing.
Sale items are non-returnable. However, store credit or an exchange may be offered in certain cases. Please contact us if you have any additional questions.
Customers outside the continental United States are not covered under our returns policy and must pay return shipping costs. For questions or issues about an online order, please contact us directly. Note that returns or exchanges may be denied at our discretion.
Exchanges:
All exchanges and returns are handled through our online returns center. Exchanges and store credits are accepted within 45 days of receiving your shipment. Refunds are available within 30 days after receipt.
Returned items must be in new condition, with original packaging and tags. If you are returning clothing and no longer have the original packaging, you must provide packaging of the same size as the original; otherwise, the return cannot be accepted. Clearance and sale items can only be exchanged for an alternate size of the same item.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process the exchange or return. All items are subject to refusal for return or exchange at our discretion.
