We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently, with all our products proudly American-made and manufactured in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, which is famous for its Fashion District. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA, the heart of the Fashion District. Please read our shipping policy carefully for details on processing times, shipping options, and delivery expectations.

Processing Times
• Each bathing suit is a customized print-on-demand (POD) product created after a customer places an order. After determining your color tone and sizing, orders are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of your confirmation email.


• Other Customizations, such as matching customer-provided photographs or pre-order items, may require additional processing time. Details will be provided on the product page.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days within the continental U.S.

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

  2. Express Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days within the continental U.S.

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

  3. International Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days.

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA, the heart of the Fashion District, known for its iconic garment manufacturing.

At Alur-Appareal.llc we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below:

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unused, unworn, and unwashed swimwear with all original tags and hygienic liners intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or removed liners are not eligible for return.

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: We offer exchanges for size, color, or style. Exchanges must also meet the return eligibility criteria.

  • Easy Exchanges: If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
